Is this impalnt too large for my chin area? (Photo)

I had a deep plane facelif four years ago. I am 59. I had significant recession so the surgeon ( now retired) placed an implant. It was a large silicon model. I am happy with the profile view- he was very experienced and had excellent judgement. However, I can’t shake the idea that the wings of the implant are bulging and making my chin look large from the front. Is this warranted from my picture, and would having the implant made smaller help? Also I notice my mouth is still quite asymmetrical -would Botox be sufficient to fix this?
