How do i fix my cleft chin and what do i need to make my chin have an attractive shape. Is it recessed? No i need a sliding genioplasty or implant? I dont want fillers. I also want to get rid of marrionette fols

It is just a little bit recessed, but more importantly it is short. If you look at the balance of the lower 1/3 of your face (from under your nose to bottom of chin), your chin is just shy of the 2/3 of the total height. As you look from the front, you have the prejowl that is accentuating your marionette lines. A genioplasty would allow an increase in the height of your chin, fill in the marionette lines, and improve the definition of your jawline. You could also remove the cleft in your chin...this would be by reapproximating the mentalis muscle across the midline and possibly a small amount of contouring your chin. Or you could leave it alone, preserve it with the genioplasty. Regardless, you would look great, improve your jawline definition, improve the contour of your neck, and harmonize your overall facial balance.
