What would be the best permanent solution to my genetically heavy neck? My mother as well as my grandmother both have the same issue. I carry a lot of weight in my neck and have a terrible side profile and zero definition. I want as permanent of a fix as possible. My neck area makes it look like I am overweight but I am not. I am 28 years old. Please help!

Lateral photos are needed to give you more advice. typically, the chin is reduced with a reduction genioplasty or a chin shaving is performed with a chin tuck of the soft tissue chin. In either case, botox to the mentalis muscle can help with the dynamic changes to the chin.
