Am I a good candidate for a sliding genioplasty? (photos)

I have always thought my forehead and nose were too big for my face, not noticing my chin is slightly recessed on my side profile. I am in the process of losing more weight to reduce my cheeks and double chin a touch. Is a sliding genioplasty an option for me? Changing my chin may help put my forehead and nose into balance.
