hi there. I've always been insecure of my jawline, I think it's throwing off my facial harmony as it's so weak. I'd like a professional opinion as I'm not sure my case is as extreme as others, do I need a sliding genioplasty? would an implant be enough? possibly just chin/neck liposuction? I've never had braces, but I do think my teeth are misalligned but none of my dentists have said anything. I have bruxism too, so if jaw surgery can help that I will be happy too.
