Had actinic keratosis frozen off with liquid nitrogen and still have an indent in my nose. Treatment options? (photos)

Hi I am 22 and I went to my dermatologist and had actinic keratosis frozen off with liquid nitrogen. It is in the middle of my nose. This happened in august and I still have an indent in my nose. It’s relatively big and noticeable. I am so upset and embarrassed. I get saline injections about every month but it’s not working. What can I do?

As with any indented scar, from any cause, subcision +/- a filler can work well for elevating & smoothing the scar.  I have personally been performing subcisions for this purpose since 1994. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in scar treatments, particularly subcision. Hope this helps and best of luck.
