My neck is skinny (lost all volume) and shows my age. I don't have double chin sagging or extra skin or folds. I know i don't need a face lift or neck lift... Besides the" parallel look i have a little bit of turkey" neck connecting my under chin to my neck..... What would be the best treatment ,filler of sugery for this issue...
Answer: Parallel Lines On The Neck Depending on the level of laxity, the effects of a neck lift will certainly outlast the effects of non-surgical treatments. The presence of banding down the front of the #neck, and, amount of excess skin and condition of your skin are among some factors which determine if you are a #candidate for #rejuvenating the neck. During an in-person examination, your chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. A weak #chin implies a lack of chin support for the skin along the neck line. In younger individuals a chin implant alone is usually all that is needed to improve the appearance of the neck. Subsequently, it will also improve the overall #balance of the face and can create the illusion of a smaller nose. As a stand-alone procedure, chin augmentation can be performed in the office under local #anesthesia. For individuals with signs of #aging in the neck, a chin implant added to one of the recommended procedures above, will provide optimal results.Liposuction under the chin is also another option your doctor can discuss.Your board certified plastic surgeon should evaluate both your anatomical features and aesthetic goals to suggest which procedure best suits your needs. In some cases there may be more than one option to choose from. If you are not a candidate at the time of your #consultation, your board surgeon can recommend non-surgical alternatives to improve your concern.

Answer: Little Bit of Turkey Neck
If the turkey neck is not the result of fat or skin, then it is likely the platysma. For this to be treated, a modified neck lift can be used to tighten this area. Pictures or an exam would be necessary to determine if this is the correct diagnosis. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Lines on neck... treatment options
HI. Photos are key to give you a better idea, but it sounds like you are describing the separation of your 'platysma' muscles form vertical lines from under your chin to your lower neck. The best treatment for this is a neck lift which includes a 'platysmaplasty' which brings the muscles back together to give you a smoother profile- getting rid your your 'turkey'. This is easily performed under local anesthesia.

Answer: Treatment for the aged neck with parallel lines.
What you describe sounds like you have excess skin in your neck giving you the turkey neck. The only way to treat this properly is with a neck lift and I would need to see better photographs to give a proper opinion.
