Paradoxical hypertrichosis + electrolysis/facials?

Hi, I had done laser hair removal on my face a few years back and developed paradoxical hypertrichosis on my face and neck. I have been treating it with electrolysis and seeing a big difference! I have been wanting to get microneedling/forma facial and/or fraxel to deal with hyperpigmentation but I am afraid these treatments with a laser or that pick the skin will trigger facial hair to start growing again.
