After using Infini for about 7 years, I can honestly say that I haven't seen any consistent lifting from the Infini in the eyelid area. I have seen tightening of the skin around the eye, if that's what you want, but no brow lifting.

Yes, RF microneedling can actually give you a slight lift. I have upgraded to Lutronic's newer version of Infini, called Genius. It is a little easier with the new device as it has a smaller footprint and is less painful. But either device can be used for this.

I do think that there are far safer and more effective treatments in the context of microneedling RF and eyelid skin.
