Is waiting between subcision+Sculptra filler treatment and infini rf + prp treatment necessary or recommended?
Answer: Protocol for infini and sculptra? Englewood Cliffs New Jersey I do believe that time is necessary between subcision with sculptra and infini with PRP. Two weeks is a short time to assess the results of subcision. Four to six weeks is recommended between your sessions.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADRealself All-star

Answer: Infini Thank you for your question. Yes, you can do Infini 2 weeks following subcision. Its not uncommon to do infini at the same time you do subcision and a filler.

Answer: Subcision and Infini for acne scars Great question-- yes, you can do the Infini (now Genius) 2 weeks after subcision. As a matter of fact, some experts are combining these two procedures in one session. The problem with subcision is that the scars tend to retether. To thwart this, dermal filler or sculptra can be placed immediately after subcision. Although I have not done this in my practice, I was recently at a lecture in which subcision, sculptra and Genius (the new version of Infini) were all done on a series of patients with great results for acne scarring.

Answer: Sculptra fillers and INFINI Yes, combination possible. Can also be combined on the same day. Referent to reference video in the context of scar treatments. Microneedling RF is an extension of microneedling with ‘energy’. Generation one devices such as Dermapen/ Skin Pen etc. use needles without heat to remodel collagen. Generation Two devices are microneedles that are not insulated, hence heat is delivered along the length of needles. Examples include Secret RF and Intensif. Generation Three devices use insulated needles to deliver heat at the point of the needle. Examples include Infini RF, as well as Genius. Newer generation devices will generally give better outcomes, however with insulation, the safety of microneedling RF devices is usually better than generation two machines. With insulation the incidence of skin colour darkening and ‘grids’ secondary to ‘stamping’ is less, however it is largely technique dependent. Microneedling RF should be viewed as a tool to be incorporated in the suitable clinical context. As with most other ‘fractional technology’ 3-5 sessions spaced 3-6 weeks apart will give the best results. Be guided by your specialist. All the best, Dr Davin Lim and the team at Clinic Cutis Brisbane. Australia.
