Which is better, Infini RF, Picosure or other laser for Minimizing Pore Size in Caucasian ST?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. This is a question we are asked often.  Without seeing a picture, I think you might actually be better served by doing a series of superficial peels rather than either Infini or laser.  In my practice, we have had great success shrinking pores with either a Glyco-ALA peel or the so-called Hollywood Peel which is done with a carbon mask followed by laser.  In each case the medicine applied for the peel is absorbed down into the pores such that the light or laser is attracted down into the pores to shrink them.  You should know that I have Infini and multiple laser devices to choose from so I'm not recommending the peels because I don't have enough devices.  Food for thought.

I do agree that peels- topicals would generally work better than Infini in this context. Pico lasers are very good for pore size reduction in skin types 3 and above. High density 1927 Thulium or Diode lasers is another avenue for pore size reduction in your skin type.
