5 days post op CO2 Laser, a blood blister appeared on the side of my face. How can I take care of my face?

i wish i could put a photo up i had co2 laser resurfacing 5 days ago. i was told to wash my face with distelled water and a little vingar then cover face with crisco or olive oil. my face is still extremely swollen and some scabs have started to appear any help as to how i can take care of my face would be greatly appreciatred thank sincerely erin
