Hi! I'm looking to get a chin implant + a cheek implant/facial graft (either or). My questions are as follows: 1. Is it common practice for surgeons to offer ANY form of discount for multiple surgeries? 2. Is an $8,000 realistic for both surgeries? I know expebses are relative to geography and a million other factors, I'm talking ball park range. I live in Palm Beach Florida (South FL).

Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. It's not only possible, but preferable to do a chin implant with a cheek implant or fat grafts at the same time, as it makes recovering much easier to only have to do it once. Many facial plastic surgeons will work out a discount for multiple procedures, but this will vary by practitioner. More important is to find a surgeon whose results impress you and who inspires confidence. As for cost, you can find ballpark estimates for your area on this site. I hope this helps.

Yes, both cheek and chin implants can be performed simultaneously, which allows one anesthesia and one recovery period.  Both implants are composed of Silastic and can be custom carved.  Cheek implants are placed thru an intra-oral incision above the gumline, while chin implants are usually placed thru a submental external incision

Yes can preform both areas in same operation. But most boarded SS do not offer cheek implants due to high infection rates. And the $8,000 is a fair amount to set aside fr these surgeries. Might offer fat grafting or HA fillers (Voluma 4 syringes) to cheek with chin implant of fat or filler to chin. Seek in person opinions...

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek implants, chin implant, lip implants), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  Yes, I frequently perform both cheek and chin implant surgeries together in about 1 hour.  Non smiling photos of your face from the front and side would help in the evaluation and indetermination of approximate fees. Following my beauty principles, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles (conversely women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces. Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front). The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.
Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face.  This would be combined with liposuction to reduce excess facial fat to further define the cheek shape.
Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, to add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have performed many Chin Augmentations using chin implants for over 30 years.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.   I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty.  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.
Augmentation of the mandibular angles using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.
