Hi Bocalady,Emsculpt will lift your small behind, make sure to let your treating physician know that you wish to preserve what fat you have back there, they will use the setting on the device that spares fat. Many patients combine the use of Sculptra with Emsculpt in their buttocks to add volume and contour. Choose your treating physician carefully. Good luck and stay well. Dr. P
emsculpt and trusculpt FLEX can be used along with sculptra to get a really good improvement if you do not have enough fat for BBL.Sculptra with the right dilution doesn't cause nodules in the buttock and is very safe. It should be combined with RF treatments to get the sculptra to work even better/stimulate it to produce collagen such as venus legacy / exilis ultra / thermage / inmode forma or contoura. We often will add bellafill or renuva to certain areas to improve indentations or the buttock roll to get more definition and softening or to improve overall size and shape. Smooth novathreads do very well to improve laxity of the buttock as well non surgically. Just know that sculptra takes numerous treatments and vials, its a large expense and must be maintained at least 2 times a year after a series of treatments for the best result. Dr. Emer.
Emsculpt has 2 settings for patients who have your concerns. Using protocol 2 will safely build muscle and lift your buttocks while preserving fat.
Hi and thank you for this wonderful question! Many women want to build their glutes, not make them smaller. Emsculpt Neo is the best non-invasive way to do this. Your provider can use settings that will not remove fat from the area (so butt does not look smaller), but radiofrequency energy will still be applied to the muscle to warm it. The muscle build from Emsculpt Neo will tone and build your glutes, to give you a more rounded lookHope this helps!
Hello bocalady:EmSculpt will give you a higher, more defined butt. There are settings for increasing and toning muscles without affecting fat. Be sure to discuss your goals with your board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeons for best results!Sheryl Clark MD FAADFlagship EMSUITE for Emsella and Emsculpt treatmentsNYC
Hello bocalady, I appreciate your question. The Glutes is one of the common areas Emsculpt is used for to build muscle and add shape. Emsculpt has 2 settings and one of them is specifically created to use for the Glutes area. It has proven to tighten that area as well as give it lift and volume. I suggest anywhere from 4-6 treatment sessions to get full results.
Thank you for your question. Emsculpt on the buttocks has been shown to enhance the volume and lift of the buttocks by stimulating the muscles to hypertrophy. If you are looking for additional volume, I would suggest combining the Emsculpt with a Sculptra or Bellafill Butt lift. These combination therapies give very good results in patients without sufficient fat for a transfer procedure or who simply do not want to undergo a more invasive procedure.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
Emsculpt has 2 settings; the one for the abdomen will remove some fat, while the one for the buttocks does not.I I recommend 4-6 treatments. Emsculpt works on the muscle, so it works to lift and shape a small butt. If you are looking for additional volume, and to improve skin quality and texture I would recommend adding Sculptra. You need to do this at least twice. The combination is very effective. I would recommend choosing a provider with a lot of experience with these treatments so you can obtain the best and safest result.
Thankyou for your question. There are two types of settings for Emsculpt treatment. Protocol1 is designed to build muscle and destroy the overlying fat. Protocol 2,designed specifically for treatment of the buttocks, allows for muscle buildingwithout targeting the fat. This lets us lift and tighten the buttocks withoutlosing any volume. To ensure safe and effective treatment, I suggest making anappointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for consultation beforeundergoing Emsculpt treatment.
Great question. Emsculpt is a pretty interesting device using HIFEM (essentially magnetic energy) to stimulate muscle in several patterns. The machine uses 2 “protocols”: 1 for the abdomen which is designed to remove fat and build muscle. The other is for the buttocks and builds muscle ONLY. There is no fat loss with that protocol. Just let the person treating you know what you’re interested in and the machine does the rest!
