Ever since I was younger (I'm 20), whenever I talk/move my chin/smile, my chin dimples up, presses back on itself, and rotates downwards. It gives my face a really flat look, and makes me extremely self conscious. I thought it was genetic, but no one in my family has this issue. I've done so much research, and I think I may have a hyperactive mentalis, or chin ptosis, or both? I'm not sure. I would like to avoid surgery at all costs. Is there any type of non-surgical procedure that can fix this?
