I had my first laser session of underarms SHR/IPL 2 days back but i notice that my hair qhich were shaved off before session are still present i was expecting hair free skin like after waxing but it wasnt . Is it normal or not ?

The reason you were instructed to only shave was because the laser needs access to the hair so that light travels down it and delivers its energy to the follicle. When shaving, hair is still accessible at the surface. Other methods remove it below the surface.
