Most effective laser on middle eastern female with fine but obvious dark hair.

I have a typical middle eastern tone not too dark not too light. I did IPL over 10 years ago it was effective on corse dark hair but not finer hair such as facial hair which I actually also have on my lower back and abdomen. I am eager to get rid of that fine hair which is noticeable since it has color to it. What would be the most effective laser machine to get rid of that hair or at least reduce it significantly. Thanks!

We treat the upper body every 4-6 weeks and the lower body every 10-12 weeks.  You could be seeing a difference because of different lasers being used.  As long as you are 4-6 weeks for upper body you should be fine.
