Most effective laser on middle eastern female with fine but obvious dark hair.

Question

I have a typical middle eastern tone not too dark not too light. I did IPL over 10 years ago it was effective on corse dark hair but not finer hair such as facial hair which I actually also have on my lower back and abdomen. I am eager to get rid of that fine hair which is noticeable since it has color to it. What would be the most effective laser machine to get rid of that hair or at least reduce it significantly. Thanks!

The choice of laser is very much dependent on your skin. The Fitzpatrick scoring system is the classic method in which your skin and reaction to sun is determined. If you are a class I-III, an Alexandrite Laser might be the best choice. If you are a IV and above, the ND:YAG would be safe and effective. Fine hair as long as it is dark will respond to either treatment.
