Hello! Got some good answers on my previous question if contouring my deviated septum would work with ear cartilage. But it worries me, that I might lose definition on the middle third of my nose and that it will appear too wide after adding the cartilage to make it appear more symmetrical. The photo I had in the previous question was not very clear, so I am adding a frontal photo which hopefully makes it more clear. I also think my nosetip needs reshaping and I have a slight hump

Good Morning! Adding cartilage to the middle third of the nose can add a small amount of width but if done correctly, it's often hardly noticeable. I like thin pieces of septal cartilage over ear if possible in this location. Adding cartilage, as in your case, may help to eliminate any asymmetry or slight deviation of the middle third. And, by correcting the tip, and potentially the upper third, any change in width is often balanced with reduction of the other areas. Hope this helps you and best of luck!

In order to assess a correction with greater precision, a tomography is required and define what needs to be repaired to give harmony to the nose and physical assessment, if you breathe properly
