Is there any surgery that can make your hair thicker?

What you are describing is hair loss rather than the caliber of your hair.  If you add hair into the balding areas, it will look thicker.  Of course you need to confirm that your hair loss is secondary to androgenic alopecia and not some condition of hair loss that does not respond to hair transplant surgery.  There is not surgery that can make hair thicker, however, certain medications and PRP with Acell can make finer hair turn into a coarser hair.  

There is no surgery to make your hair thicker. There is no surgery to increase the diameter of hair shafts.  If you cannot describe your situtation, it is best to see a doctor for an exam.
