Dermal fat graft or v to y lip augmentation for upper lip? (Photo)

Hello I want to make my lips look better but I do not want a scar on the outside of my face because I've already had multiple cosmetic procedures with a lot of visible scars.. can I do y to y lip augment on upper lip only? Also Can v to y be modified to lift the cupids bow area only or does that not work for v to y enhancement?Or dermal fat graft to upper lip? I know lip lift is good for some but i don't want to risk any more visible surgical scars on my face.
