Hi all, I have hereditary tear troughs from my dad which I have had since I was a teenager (maybe before) however they seem to have got worse the older I get. The doctor I had an online consultant on with, who seemed extremely knowledgeable has stated that he thinks I should get 1ml in each cheek, to prop up the 1ml/2ml in the tear trough. Is this the best course of action for me? Really appreciate any help, as I’m getting self conscious and feel they make me look far older.

Hi @jessalv12. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend starting slow and building volume that suits your aesthetic goals. Starting with 1 mL per side will give you some improvement. Discuss your goals with your injector to determine the correct amount for treatment.
Best of luck,
