Outer Corners of Eyes Are WEBBED After Blepharoplasty - UNSIGHTLY?

Last week I wrote to you in regards to the blepharoplasty I had over two years ago at Strax. Blepharitis was the diagnosis two weeks ago. For the past four days, I'm happy to report that my eyes feel normal again. Since the initial reason for my having a blepharoplasty was for aesthetics, now that my eyes are stabilized, can the initial goal be achieved. Can webbing be fixed?

You appear to have bilateral lower eyelid retraction.  That could be due to contracture/tightness in different layers of the lower eyelid and I cannot tell without examination.  Canthopexy or canthoplasty alone will NOT fix the problem.  See an oculoplastic surgeon.

  Eyelash loss after eyelid surgery is very unusual.  If the eyelashes were avulsed by tape of something such as that, they should grow back.  Latisse can be used to improve length and thickness, once the eyelids return to their growth phase.
