Red dots after tattoo removal. Any suggestions? (photos)

I had my first tattoo removal session a few days ago and I'm wondering if I'm healing properly. I have had no blisters yet and very minimal scabbing. I do however have all these red dots and lots of bruising all around the tattoo. I can't seem to find any info on if these dots are normal. O had assumed they were blood vessel that had burst and that they would blister up but nothing has happened yet. Any help would be appreciated!

Do not trust tattoo removing creams, they can result in abnormal pigmentation side effects. This type of tattoo will get improvement with pico or q switched lasers. I suggest the r20 method, please see a physician with laser training. Best, Dr. Emer.

This unfortunately can take numerous treatments.  Given the amount of pigment left I would say you will likely need more than the recommend/suggested 2 more treatments.  Many patients require upwards of 20 treatments.

Tattoo ink is deep within the skin. It's one of the reasons why they're hard to remove. Glycolic acid works on the skin surface and will not affect or fade your tattoo. If you want your tattoo removed, you will need to do laser tattoo removal. I am a huge fan of the PicoSure laser for this as...

Without a biopsy, there's no way to know for sure. I would try to find a practitioner that has the PicoSure device and schedule a consultation. The PicoSure laser is currently the best on the market working 3x faster than all other lasers so even if the ink is deep, which does affect...
