After 4 sessions of laser tattoo removal--Candela ND Yag. (photos)

I had 4 session of laser tattoo removal and on my last session the tattoo is looking swollen, red and very sore. The last session was done 9 weeks ago and it still very sensitive by touch and red. Is there scaring or forming a keloid please? Thanks

Without a biopsy, there's no way to know for sure. I would try to find a practitioner that has the PicoSure device and schedule a consultation. The PicoSure laser is currently the best on the market working 3x faster than all other lasers so even if the ink is deep, which does affect...

No, 4 weeks wait time should be fine between treatments for the Q-switched laser. The longer you wait, the more time your body has to absorb the ink, but you always have to weigh that against your timeframe for ridding yourself of your tattoo. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian...

Tanning after laser tattoo removal on scalp. SMP removed, however some remnants of pigmentation remain.

Personally, I will always recommend that you avoid tanning beds. They are bad for you in so many ways. But its really not a good idea when your skin is still sensitive from laser tattoo removal. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram
