I want my thighs as slim, firm & smooth as possible. Can LBL and thigh lift be combined? Would separate give better results? And why or not? To get best results can thigh lift be vertical, spiral and medial (all together) Will liposuction enhance all the procedures? Would it be included? Q2: I see some LBL scars that are not very symmetrical, is this due to surgeon or patient excess skin? If it's due to the amount of excess skin, looking at my body; should I expect a symmetrical scar line?
