Are my nipple placement to high after Breast Reduction?

Are nipples placement to high ? I had ask my Dr and he says tattooing will be the best approach and to be honest my nipples has been peaking out my breast with every movement I do, making it very embarrassing for myself.

 Talk to your surgeon who is performing your breast reduction. Axillary liposuction typically takes very little time and is a very small area,   I truly can't believe anyone would charge more than $1000., In my practice it would be approximately $500.  Good luck,...
