I'm not sure I understand your question. It sounds like you're referring to a gold anodized crown which are typically temporary and cannot be permanent. If you had a lab fabricated gold crown, which isn't typically done anymore, then you would be able to get it permanently cemented.
Snatch outs are usually created to fit over teeth that haven't been altered in any way by a dentist. When you bite, your teeth fit together in a very precise way. Adding length or width to any of your teeth - (as would happen should you permanently cement removable snatch outs) - will change your bite dramatically and may cause pain and/or long term problems with your jaw joint (TMJ). Moreover, removable snatch outs rarely fit as well as crowns and bridges which are fabricated by certified lab technicians who use magnification. Cementing removable snatch outs has the potential to allow the underlying tooth to decay - which is difficult (if not impossible) to detect early, since dental x-rays cannot "see" through the metal. My advice would be to find a licensed dentist who is willing to properly create the look you'd like to achieve.
