Can I do 6D HIFU (ultherapy) post 4 months Accutane?

I stopped taking my Accutane tablets (10mg) at the start of March of this year. So it has been around 4 months I have been off it (my acne is coming back and my skin is oily). I was wondering if it was safe after 4 months of not taking Accutane to do ultherapy HIFU on my face?
