Can grafting be undone after chin implant through inside mouth? (Photo)

I had chin implant done in south Korea where the implant was inserted through inside the bottom of my mouth. It's left grafting that I wasn't expecting. I feel it's it's changed the shape of my mouth and I can always feel it. Probably not life changing but I want it removed. Is this even possible?

You state you have had a chin implant but more information is needed. Hopefully you have your operative note from the chin implant surgery. It is possible that the chin implant used was very short without the wings and it gives you a prominent chin with a hollow where there is a transition...

Hello, A chin implant might be the best way to go. Nevertheless, a side view photo and photos without the Goatee would definitely be best to evaluate.
