I'm getting chin lipo soon, should I also get a chin implant? (Photo)

Hello all, thank you in advance for your answer. I'll be getting a chin lipo soon and my surgeon suggested a chin implant as well, I haven't considered it before; my chin is receding slightly but I'm not sure it'll make that much of a difference that it's worth having a foreign object in my face... What would you recommend in my case?

Hello, A chin implant might be the best way to go. Nevertheless, a side view photo and photos without the Goatee would definitely be best to evaluate.
