Surgery or filler for lower face support? (Photos)

I’m trying to understand whether what I’m seeing in my lower face is best addressed with filler or surgery. From the front, the chin to jaw transition doesn’t look continuous, even though my skin quality is relatively good (I’m 35). I think the issue is more about structural support than skin laxity, but I’m not sure. The area beside the chin seems under-supported. When I compare “before vs after” photos online, the improvement I’m drawn to looks like better foundation, not just tight skin. I also clench/grind my teeth, which I’ve read can worsen lower-face imbalance over time. I do have a small chin implant already that was just for side profile projection. It is over 10 years old. I get micro needling once a quarter, I did my first vial of sculptura last year, I get Botox regularly, and I’ve tried moxi / bbl and chemical peels. I’ve read this can sometimes be improved with deep structural filler (pre-jowl + lateral chin). But I’m also seeing people say that extended chin implants or chin wing genioplasty address the root cause more effectively. I’m not chasing a sharp or masculine jawline…just a smoother, more supported lower-face contour that looks natural and holds up at rest.
