Double Jaw Surgery or Implants/Genioplasty for me? (Photos)

I'm 26 y.o. with excellent bite, never used brackets but my jaw looks recessed or chin is small. Wondering if in my case it's better to do a jaw surgery or do implants. Thank you!

Hello, A chin implant might be the best way to go. Nevertheless, a side view photo and photos without the Goatee would definitely be best to evaluate.

In cases with significant chin recession like yours, I have achieved a more natural result with a sliding genioplasty. In cases where only a moderate horizontal projection is needed, I will place a chin implant. In any case, you will improve your overall facial balance with chin surgery.
