Hi. I need septoplasty with turbinate reduction. I have chronic allergic rhinitis. Allergies year round. My question is, would the surgery be useless or beneficial for me? Will my allergies interfere and cause turbinates to swell again? Does that make sense? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thx
