Would I be a candidate for a regular tummy tuck or should I prepare for an extended tummy tuck? (photos)

I already had upper abdomen and waist lipo 4 months ago and am having my tummy tuck consultation in December. Just curious on opinions on if I’ll have a regular tummy tuck or an extended one? Will all the fat below the belly button be removed? Also what’s with the protruding line in the middle of my abdomen?
