I just had intramuscular butt implant surgery on 1/12/2021, 434cc round on a 5'7 129lbs. frame. I understand settling means the muscle relaxes and implants drop, for lack of better terms, into designated position. But what does fluffing mean? Will my butt look bigger, rounder, or? How long does it take for that to happen? Not rushing anything, I'm just very curious and excited Thank you so much!

Hello, thank you for your question. It is very unusual for the implant to migrate, I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Remove your implants and they have to be place intramuscular.
