I’m 6 weeks post buccal fat removal and I gained a few pounds within the last two weeks. My face appears chubbier. Are my results ruined? If I were to lose weight would I have a chiseled look or would it go back to a chubby look?

It's common to hear that a Dr. dind't find one buccal fat pad. If the surgeons has not a lot of experience and the buccal fat pad has an anatomic variation, specially that they are located in a higher position they have the risk of not finding it. So yes it can happen.
