If you gain weight, it will go on multiple areas as it normally would and likely go on to the area treated as much as perhaps it did prior to liposuction.

When you are a little child and you gain weight you lay down fat cells. The fat cells are deposited according to your genetics. When you get older and gain weight you fill up your fat cells were ever they are. So when you have liposuction it removes the fat cells from the are undergoing liposuction. If you gain weight it will go to the remaining fat cells usually in other locations. All liposuction techniques removes fat cells.
