I got a bbl and labiaplasty, I’m 7 weeks post op and I still have swelling. Could it be fluid from wearing a bbl compression garment? I will attach pictures A few days after surgery and now. It’s gone down a lot. My dr said I will take long to heal due to the compression garment. What can I do to reduce the swelling faster?

Brazilian Butt Lift recovery time is dependent on how the patient’s body reacts to the procedure. Patients usually return to work after a week but you should not sit without the use of cushions for at least two weeks and you must wear a compression garment for several weeks after the procedure. You should wait until at least 2 weeks after the procedure to engage in sexual activity. Swelling and discomfort normally fades at six weeks. After about a month you will be mostly healed and you can get a nice idea of the permanent results after around six months.

I typically only require compression garments for 4 weeks following BBL.  Each surgeon is different on their post-operative routines, so I would recommend contacting your surgeon and obtaining their advice.  Overall, it appears you have a great result.
