best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your photograph, you may benefit from an otoplasty.  This can be performed under local anesthesia or general anesthesia.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for your inquiry. At my clinic in Montreal and Laval we charge $2990+tax. This surgery is done under local anesthesia. Healing can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. Should you have any other inquiries, do not hesitate to contact our clinic directly.

 In our practice, we perform the otoplasty procedure under local anesthesia, and patient's  tolerate the procedure quite well without having to undergo a general anesthesia.
