I put my retainer in my backpack and it somehow broke in half. I got my braces off 4 months ago, and I won't be able to see my orthodontist until 2 weeks from now since I am on vacation. I can still wear the retainer, but I want to be sure my teeth won't shift back.

My first question is , what is yr age? just to check , its normal or delayed eruption. its my advice to visit orthodontist. xrays is must in such cases to check position of teeth in bone. basis on that it is easy to decide whether u r good candidate for aligner or braces, and its timing.
