Can Invisalign reopen spaces for implants?

Without seeing any pics, I can't say without a doubt.  Invisalign can do some amazing things.  Actually, it's the doctor can do some amazing things with Invisalign.  It is totally doctor dependent so I'd advise you to see an orthodontist that is either Elite or Elite 1% and make sure they're an independent office and not part of a chain because Invisalign counts a chain with 50 offices as one doctor.   This makes it appear as if one office is the top Invisalign provider when the doctor in that one office may have only treated 10 total cases.

It may be worthwhile to consider alternative approaches that are more conservative before thinking about reversing the treatment. It seems that you would like to show more teeth when you smile. There may be other techniques to increase teeth display during smile, such as extruding your upper anterior teeth. Do get a second opinion and consultation before you make a final decision.

Dear Nova90,Thank you for posting your question on RealSelf.  I will do my best to provide an answer with the information given.It is difficult to advise with the information provide.  In general, Invisalign can correct most malocclusions as well as braces.  It may be difficult to reopen spaces whether Invisalign or braces, but an orthodontist can possible position the teeth so that they are tipped back.  My advice is schedule a consultation for a second opinion.I hope that this helps.Best,Dr. Jenn
