I had a facelift over a year ago and now my scars arounf my ears and scalp are iching a lot specially when I tinted my hair, is that normal? Even though a facelift will disassemble the nasolabial fold they are generated by facial expression. Direct surgical excision, although an uncommon procedure, can you excellent results in the properly selected patient.
Personally I don't think your earlobes look too much different but if there is something specifically to be altered this is easily done on the office with a bit of local anesthesia. I would however wait until healing is complete.
