Question

I had a laser assisted neck lift and am I concerned about the loose neck skin and overall appearance. My have expressed my concerns with my doctor, he said not to worry, the skin should tighten. Will I need a revision? Is this Cobra Neck? Your honest opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for your pictures.   In my opinion your neck is not going to change much with time.   You in my opinion need and open revision, thigh teen your muscles and removed the extra skin.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Without knowing the full extent of treatments your neck received it is difficult to offer advice.  That said I think you will need a more formal neck and face lift to achieve your goals as i would not anticipate the swelling and skin excess to “tighten.”  Hope this helps.

Result after neck and face surgery may take full year to mature and improve. It is at that time that your should re-evaluate your result with a surgeon and discuss options for improvement if needed. Good luck.

In person exam is essential, as well as review of pre-op photos and reading the op-report. Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from a Revision Neck lift with muscle tightening. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam.

You have tried to avoid full open neck lift with KyBella injections and laser neck tightening - both not successful. You need full open neck/face lift with SMAS plication to solve the issues. Fees in the $10,000-$15,000 ranges. Seek private practice boarded PS.
