When is it safe to wear a waist trainer post breast augmentation? (photos)

I am currently 7.5 weeks breast augmentation. I got 500 ccs mentor memory gel HP under the Muscle on March 18. With a lowering of the breast fold, axillary incisions. Is it safe to wear a waist trainer now? My left has been a little higher than the right, at 6 weeks dr said he didn't think it would even out, and that it was only a mm difference. Im not too concerned about that but I do notice slight tenting with and without trainer (Moreso when it's on) will trainer affect final outcome?
