Try a combination of a fractional laser to help smooth out the lines and plump the skin with new collagen, and add a hyaluronic filler like Juvderm or Vollure to give more volume to the depressions. Botox is the first choice. Many patients do well with that. Fillers help but are not ideal for this area. Non-invasive skin tightening will also help. The best one is Profound RF but others will also help a little. Seek out an opinion from a board-certified surgeon. Best wishes.
I'd start with injecting the neck lines with a filler like volbella or restylane silk. Though I don't love these fillers because they are too thin for regular injections, they work in the upper layers of the skin
