How soon may I swim laps after my neck lift?

I generally will allow patients to go swimming at three weeks after a neck lift, provided that their scars appear to be sealed and healing well.  I would recommend asking your board-certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon, as everyone’s protocol (and often technique) is different.  Best wishes. 

Usually I tell my patients that they could resume strenuous physical activity such as swimming 3 weeks after their facelift I don't know exactly what was done during your procedure and how you're healing. Follow your surgeon's instructions so you achieve the best possible result which will last a lifetime.
