My mouth is slanted and looks uneven, and my lips stick out way too far. I also don't like how undefined the corners of my mouth are. They make my lips look like a huge oval. Additionally, I'm unable to close my lips without effort. Is it possible to get a lip reduction that wouldn't make my chin and philtrum look longer, or make it even more difficult to close my lips, and also fix most of my issues? Would I need to get multiple procedures, and if so, which ones? My biggest concerns are the shape of my lips/issue with the corners of my mouth (I want to have sharp, defined mouth corners like everyone else I see), and how my mouth slants to one side. I'm okay with still having big lips, I just want my mouth to be straight, and to have defined mouth corners. How can I get a better lip shape?

Because of the many beautiful features of your lips, their aesthetic relationship with your teeth, and your young age, several principles apply: 1. First do no harm.  Every treatment has "trade-offs," a down side.  The disadvantage of proposed treatments must NOT damage or detract from any aspect of your existing beauty.  2.  Results and how you feel about them are unpredictable in advance, therefore whichever change you choose must be reversible.  I have my own ideas about what to do, but need to see more of your face to better understand proportionality of the lips and would want to simulate the result on your face first to be sure you agree.
