Fleshy protruding lips/philtrum? (Photos)

Hello, can anyone recommend what I can do about my lips? I don’t belive my lips are large however the skin around my lips sick out and curve down. My philtrum protrudes instead of going inward like a normal persons, it’s rounded almost like a monkey’s mouth. My bottom lip sticks out as well. Is there any procedure I can get to reduce this?
