Lip reduction or other option for non dissolvable filler? (Photos)

I have tried multiple times to dissolve my lips but they wouldn’t budge. I had an ultrasound the other day by a plastic surgeon and they said it looks like silicone or another non dissolvable filler. I was not aware of that. My only options now, that was I was told, was to cut the lips small, all filler cannot be removed. The circled part is what bothers me the most. Is there anyways to de puff this?

It is possible to have lumps and deformity even after resorbable filler; while filler may be partially absorbed and dissolved, some residual material can cause inflammatory reaction and consecutive deep scar. One may try to reduce this bulk with application of corticosteroid into the lesson; if that does not work, surgical excision may be the only option. Good luck.
