Lip reduction or other option for non dissolvable filler? (Photos)

I have tried multiple times to dissolve my lips but they wouldn’t budge. I had an ultrasound the other day by a plastic surgeon and they said it looks like silicone or another non dissolvable filler. I was not aware of that. My only options now, that was I was told, was to cut the lips small, all filler cannot be removed. The circled part is what bothers me the most. Is there anyways to de puff this?
