The scar did get some bruising but that's because my doctor set the laser setting higher so we can get better results. As for my nose spider veins most are completely gone but under my nose I have a vein that tuned very dark. Almost like a purple color. Will this be going away soon? Or should I be concerned?

The appearance of the purple vessel after Vbeam should
improve over the next few weeks. After Vbeam treatment it is normal to have
some swelling or bruising and the areas can appear more red.

In fact if we use a bruising setting (I often perform this procedure on a Friday), the chances of the procedure working is that much higher. To answer your specific question, this should fade within the next 4 days. The use of tinted sunscreen can help. In some cases stubborn veins around the nose may need an extra treatment, especially if they are 'large diameter' veins.
